If you haven’t tried Pilates before, we are here to help - always providing guidance as get you started. We have people of all ages and experience levels in our classes and everyone is introduced to each other before class begins to make you feel welcome.

Studio Classes

Studio classes are perfect for those looking for exercise customised to their goals and/or injuries. You will use specialised equipment—reformer, trapeze table, Wunda chair and ladder barrel—designed to help assist or challenge your body depending on your level of experience, strength and flexibility.

Classes are limited to 4 participants to ensure you receive the attention you need. Hayley will carefully observe and adjust your program to help you meet your goals - no two sessions are the same.

Private Studio Classes

Private classes are a great way for beginners to learn the fundamentals of Pilates or for more experienced movers to focus on increasingly challenging exercises.

Reasons people have booked private studio classes include:

  • Couples in their 50s-70s hoping to improve their balance, strength and mobility to enjoy their active lifestyles and to get up and down off the floor with their grandkids.

  • Those who have recently had surgery, finished rehab and want to continue to develop their strength, range of motion and core strength before getting back into gym classes or group sports again.

  • Snow-skiiers who want to prepare their hips, knees and ankles before ski season.

  • Work-from-home couples who like to do Pilates together in their lunch break while the kids are at school.

Whatever your reason for booking a private session, you'll be amazed at the improvement in your body's movement and function throughout the day.
